I’m Riccardo, and my love for exploring the world started at 18, when I got my first passport and ventured beyond Europe.
The trip that truly changed everything for me was a four-day safari in Kenya. The moment I landed in Mombasa, I was struck by a culture so vibrant and different from my own. That journey opened my eyes and my heart, to the power of travel.

Sleeping in a tent under a sky full of stars I’d never seen before, feeling the energy of the savannah, sharing smiles and warm embraces with local schoolchildren, and bouncing through the jungle in an open-roof jeep… It all felt like stepping into a dream I had only seen in documentaries. And from that moment on, I was hooked.

Determined to travel more and live a life of new experiences, I moved to London to grow my career in hospitality, and soon after, I met Veronica, my partner in life and now in every adventure.

Our first trip together to Thailand sealed our shared love for discovering the world especially through slow, immersive travel that takes us far off the beaten path. Since then, we’ve backpacked across continents, trekked through wild landscapes, slept in everything from jungle huts to mountain lodges, and tasted incredible food in every corner of the globe.
